However, we understand that sometimes things just do not work out the way we plan. And so our refund policy is designed to give all customers peace of mind. If you have any questions or conflicts with your moving reservation, please feel free to call us at 561-210-1100. You may also write us requesting a refund to info@newrepublictransport.com. Refunds are issued on per case basis. Refunds may only be processed for services not yet rendered. If you have any damages or lost items, please email or call ur requesting a claim form in order to file a claim as that is covered by your selected insurance coverage. Refund requests may take up to 15 days to review and process if approved. Refunds are issued back to the original payment option used such as your credit card or debit card. Refunds are issued for any cancellations on moves not yet picked up unless your refund request is received 72 hours or less prior to your pick up date.
